Legal entities can pay for the booking by bank transfer.
Within a few minutes after you have made your reservation, an invoice will be sent to your email address for payment. Money is received within 2-3 business days after payment. The original invoice for payment, the certificate of completion and the invoice are issued upon check-out from the hotel.

You can pay for your reservation at any bank located in Russia. Money is received within 2-3 business days after payment.
For a bank transfer, the bank's commission (on average 3% of the size of the transfer).

Payment rules and payment security, confidentiality of information
Payment by bank cards is carried out through JSC "ALFA-BANK".
VISA, MasterCard, MIR cards are accepted for payment.
The Internet payment service is carried out in accordance with the Rules of the international systems Visa, MasterCard and the MIR Payment System on the principles of confidentiality and security of payment, for which the most modern methods of verification, encryption and data transmission over a closed communication channel are used. Bank card details are entered on the secure payment page of ALFA-BANK JSC.
At the input for entering bank card data, bank card data are used: card number, cardholder name, card expiration date, three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA, CVC2 for MasterCard, Additional Identification Code for MIR). All necessary data is printed on the card itself. The three-digit security code is the three digits on the back of the card.
Next, you will be redirected to the page of your bank to enter the security code, which will come to you via SMS. If the security code did not come to you, then you should contact the bank that issued you the card.
Cases of refusal to make a payment:

Return policy
When paying by cards, cash refunds are not allowed. The refund procedure is governed by the rules of international payment systems.
The procedure for returning goods is regulated by Article 26.1 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
- The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer of the goods - within seven days;
- Return of goods of good quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the goods are preserved;
- The consumer is not entitled to use a product of proper quality.
- If the consumer refuses from the seller, he must return the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller's expenses for the delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, no later than ten days from the date the consumer presents the relevant requirements;
To return funds to a bank card, you must fill out the "Application for the return of funds", which is sent at the request of the company to the email address and send it along with the attachment of a copy of the passport to the address return@domain.ru
Refunds will be made to the bank card within 21 (twenty one) business days from the date of receipt of the "Application for the return of funds" by the Company.
To return funds for operations carried out with errors, you must apply with a written application and attach copies of your passport and checks / receipts confirming the erroneous write-off. This application must be sent to return@domain.ru
The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. The term for consideration of the Application and the return of funds begins to be calculated from the moment the Company receives the Application and is calculated in working days, excluding holidays / weekends.
